Marchers descended on the State Capital today/Saturday chanting "The Death Penalty Must Go." Lori Prichard reports from Jefferson City.
Amnesty International and other human rights groups met to protest the scheduled killing of Roy Roberts on March 9. One rally organizer, Abraham Bonowitz traveled from Florida to support the cause.
The parade route snaked around the Governor's Mansion then led into the State Capital. Inside, protester's quietly listened to impassioned speeches given by family members of death row inmates.
