Republicans back away from party statement

intro: Some Republican legislators are distancing themselves from a Party press release that accuses Governor Carnahan of deliberately mismanaging the Highway Department's 15-Year plan. Lee McGuire has more from Jefferson City.

Franklin County Republican Representative John Griesheimer says a party press release that accuses Carnahan and the highway department of lying and intentionally sinking the 15-Year plan is out of line.
