Attorney General Jay Nixon says his office and the Missouri Gaming Commission should wait for a state Supreme Court ruling on boats in moats before moving forward in a dramatic fashion. Tristin Yeager reports from the state capitol.

The Supreme Court will decide if the burden of proof for whether casinos are operating in accordance with the state constitution should be on the casinos or the gaming commission.

Nixon said to speculate about the Supreme Court's decision is pointless.
