House members celebrated the opening of the 89th Assembly by also remembering one of their lost members. Tracy Sadeghian has the story from the Capital.

The House Chamber was buzzing with the swearing in of its new members and leaders.

But one House member of last year's Assembly wasn't there.

House members honored Memphis Representative Jim Sears..who died in a car accident in November.

On Sears' desk sat his photograph, flanked by two vases of roses.
