Today's inauguaration broke tradition. Governor Carnhan moved the event indoors because of the cold weather. It was the first inauguration in thirty years that hasn't been held outside. Tracy Sadeghian has the story from the State Capitol.

It was standing room only as all three floors of the State Capitol Building were packed with Missourians watching Governor Mel Carnahan being sworn into a second term in office.

The Governor's inaugural address focused on educating the future leaders of Missouri..the children.
