Missouri officals say they're not doing anything special in the wake of the Hudson Foods meat contamination incident:
Beejal(Bee-jul) Patel (Pah-tell) has the story from Jefferson City:
Missouri's Health Department says it has not received any reports of e-coli contamination involving infected Hudson meat.
Mahree Skala is the Deputy Director of the department's disease Prevention unit. She says the department is looking at ways to improve food quality control:
This year, the department got 30 food-contamination reports -- all were unrelated to Hudson Foods that's gotten so much national attention.
