One Missouri lawmaker wants the state's school sex education programs to focus on abstinence.
Tracy Sadeghian has the story from Jefferson City.
A bill introduced by St. Charles Senator..Ted House would make sexual abstinence the core of Missouri School District's sex education courses.
Planned Parent spokeswoman..Coletta Eichenberger..says the plan is too narrow...
But Missouri Family Network Spokesman..Kerry Messer..says the state's current sex education programs are failing because they don't stress abstinence.
Reporting from the Capitol, I'm Tracy Sadeghian.
