Businesses reimbursed for deer permit problems

Businesses who had problems with this year's new electronic deer hunting permits will receive some repayment from the state.

The house has voted to give about 13-hundred stores that sold hunting permits two hundred and fifty dollars each to help pay for damages when the new electronic system had problems.

Contents: Stores were unable to sell their products because of the large crowds blocking the way. Some stores even had to feed people to keep them orderly.

The refunds were attached to next year's agriculture department budget.
