Senator Caskey's plan to raise speed limits hits a road block in the House, Jack Dolan has the story from Jefferson City.

On Monday, Senator Harlod Caskey filibustered for five hours to stall passage of a bill that would keep speed limits lower than 70 miles per hour on certain highways. On Tuesday, the House of Representatives voted to send the bill back to the senate without changes. Representative Yates.
