KELLY RUNS FOR GOVERNOR

It's now official. Margaret Kelly, the State Auditor for the past 12 years is making a bid for the Republican nomination for governor. Conrad Jungmann has that story from Jefferson City:

At a capital rally after her official filing, Kelly blasted Governor Mel Carnahans tax plan. Kelly says restructuring the government is her main platform:
