Governor Carnahan challenged U.S. congressnman Mel Hancock to run against him for governor, Jack Dolan has the story from Jefferson City.

Governor Carnahan accused Hankock of master-minding a negative T.V. add that calls him, "Tax Man Carnahan". He said Hancock is behind an attempt by the Republican State committee to undermine any political boost he might get should Amendment 4 pass a statewide referendum on April second.
